IF THE BUYER DOES NOT SPAY/NEUTER THE PUPPY BY 18 MONTHS OLD THIS HEALTH GUARANTEE IS INVALID.
18. a) If the said puppy contracts any illness that is specifically listed on the health record time table, the seller is not responsible since all necessary preventive measures have been taken in the allotted time we cared for that puppy through vaccines and meds/dewormers recorded on that puppies record. All puppies who have received a health certificate have been deemed healthy by a DVM and therefore in the appropriate condition to leave Aussiedoodle Acres facility. If said puppy is to receive medical attention after leaving the kennel it is up to the discretion of Aussiedoodle Acres as to what monetary value will be issued if any. Aussiedoodle Acres will not cover any traveling expenses. If there is intent for Seller to offer monetary support for above covered conditions, any treatment must be approved by seller and buyer BEFORE any treatment takes place.
18. b) If the buyer takes said puppy to the vet 14 days or more after acquiring it then Aussiedoodle Acres is not responsible for any diagnosis, treatment or diseases. The said puppy has been in the care of the owner long enough to contract any foreign contaminant/virus in that amount of time. Day of pickup & travel home with the new owner means the puppy is susceptible to exposure to any health ailment after leaving the closed setting of our home. Therefore Aussiedoodle Acres is not responsible. If the said buyer is to slander, disrespect, or hastily make false accusations about Aussiedoodles Acres then Seller shall refuse to allow any compensation, information, or help to the said buyer due to their misconduct. The best thing to do is to contact Aussiedoodle Acres first in the event of any veterinary concern.
18. c) If the buyer purchases a puppy that has been sold BELOW the expected market value for that puppy (discounted/marked down @ $200 or more) then Seller is not responsible for any monetary compensation due to the purchase price ONLY covering the puppy/dog time and resources used here at Aussiedoodle Acres. In laymen’s terms: YOU ALREADY GOT A DEAL WHEN YOU PURCHASED THE PUPPY FOR HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS LESS THAN OTHER CUSTOMERS therefore you will not be allotted any monetary compensation.
19. This agreement represents the total agreement between the Seller and the Buyer and no other terms or conditions shall be valid to this sale. The Buyer has read this agreement and agrees to the terms and conditions herein. I, the Purchaser of a puppy from Aussiedoodle Acres, hereby acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to the terms of this document. Further, I accept the terms and conditions of the guarantee for congenital or hereditary disorders printed in this document, and I waive and relinquish any other rights that I might otherwise have in the event of such occurrence. This agreement represents the total agreement between Aussiedoodle Acres, Studio Dupre LLC, and the buyer and no other terms or conditions shall be valid to this sale.
